Integrated turnkey poultry housing systems
AFI designs, manufactures and delivers integrated turnkey poultry housing in the Philippines: buildings, environmental systems and world-leading equipment, delivered by one team under one contract.
Operating since 2016, AFI has delivered more than 200 projects across Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao, including over 50 multi-tier broiler installations. Its buildings are engineered to 250 kph standard wind loading, and it is the Philippine dealer for TPI and Lubing, working alongside Chore-Time, DACS MagFan, VALLI, Hotraco and Impex.

Cellulose insulation manufactured in Subic Bay since 2012
IFI manufactures and installs cellulose insulation under the SHIELD range: NoiseSHIELD for acoustics, HeatSHIELD for roofs and ceilings, WallSHIELD for wall cavities and AgriSHIELD for poultry and swine housing.
Made from recovered paper and borate minerals in Subic Bay, the SHIELD products are Class A fire rated, and the plant turns around 1,500 tonnes of waste paper a year into insulation instead of landfill. IFI has treated offices and call centres for Google, TELUS and American Express, among others, as well as farms, homes and hospitality spaces.

Steel building systems, made in the Philippines
ABI manufactures light gauge steel systems, fabricated and rollformed steel, and roofing, wall and composite building products, and supplies and installs lined steel water tanks, from the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
Established in 2023, ABI carries its own engineering capability: structural, civil and mechanical engineering, GPS surveying, land development and site assessment, so a customer can bring raw land and leave with a build-ready project supplied from the group’s own factories. Recent work includes a 3,000 sqm turnkey factory and warehouse in Batangas and approximately 20,000 sqm of insulated wall panels on one Laguna project.
