The group was built from the inside out rather than by acquisition. Each company was started to bring a capability in-house: insulation, then turnkey farm delivery, then steel systems and engineering, then software and logistics. The result is that a customer can hand over a site and a brief, and the same group designs, makes, delivers and supports what gets built.

Six-house multi-tier broiler complex
Six multi-tier broiler houses on VALLI caged systems, delivered as one integrated turnkey programme: structural design, prefabricated buildings, cage, feeding and drinking systems, tunnel ventilation and commissioning. In delivery.
Turnkey caged layer house
An 84 m by 12 m house for 40,000 layers delivered turnkey, from civil works and building to the full VALLI Modulo 135 fit-out, with an egg conveyor and egg room added as production scaled.
Turnkey factory and warehouse
3,000 sqm turnkey factory and warehouse facility, from structure through to enclosure.
Grown from the inside out since 2012
Founded by Hugh McDougall, the group started with a cellulose insulation plant in Subic Bay. Each company since has been set up to bring another capability under the same roof, from turnkey farm delivery to steel systems, engineering, software and logistics.
