What the group does, and which company does it
Each capability below belongs to one of the group companies. Put together, they let a customer hand over a site and a brief and deal with one group from design to support.
Designed in-house, for Philippine conditions
ABI carries structural, civil and mechanical engineering, GPS surveying, land development and site assessment, so a project can start from raw land with accurate data rather than assumptions. Light gauge steel frames are designed by ABI engineers to the NSCP, including the wind loads at the site.
AFI engineers its poultry buildings to 250 kph standard wind loading, with a 320 kph enhanced design available, and plans each facility as a whole: buildings, environmental systems and equipment designed together rather than bolted on.

Made in the group’s own factories
The group runs 5 facilities with 15,600 sqm of manufacturing and warehousing space: head office, engineering and three factories in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, and regional facilities in Batangas and Tarlac. The companies share them.
ABI rollforms light gauge steel C and Z profiles, cuts with a CNC fibre optic laser, and welds, bends and fabricates heavy gauge and mild steel. AFI machines, fabricates, assembles and stages building and system components in the same facilities, so quality is checked in the factory before anything reaches site. IFI runs the cellulose insulation plant that has operated in Subic Bay since 2012.

Thermal and acoustic performance from recovered paper
IFI manufactures cellulose insulation under four registered SHIELD trade marks: NoiseSHIELD for acoustics, HeatSHIELD for roofs and ceilings, WallSHIELD for wall cavities and AgriSHIELD for poultry and swine housing. The products are made from recovered paper and borate minerals and are Class A fire rated.
Because the plant is in the group, AFI has in-house control over the insulation in its poultry houses, and ABI can insulate the steel buildings it frames with the same material.

One team, one contract, one working facility
AFI delivers poultry facilities turnkey through a four-phase model: plan and design, build and supply, install and commission, support and optimise. The customer deals with one team under one contract, from the first site visit to a house with birds in it. AFI installs and services the equipment it supplies, and can also supply equipment for a customer’s own team to install.
ABI applies the same approach to buildings: supply frames for a builder to assemble, install them with its own crews, or build turnkey. Between them, and with IFI for insulation, the group has delivered farms, offices, a factory and warehouse, a dormitory and residences.

Delivered on the group’s own fleet
Innovative Freight & Logistics (IFL) is the group’s dedicated logistics arm, added in 2024. Its fleet delivers buildings, equipment, steel and insulation to site anywhere the group companies work in the Philippines.
